Episode 3 Caban Inn Renovations

Tuesday October 27th I had the opportunity to speak with Fay Rice President of the Arlington Park Association. The purpose of the interview was learn about the Renovations of The Cabana Inn which has been apart of Sarasota for about 50 years now.

Cabana Inn Questions
1.	The Cabana Inn is looking to reinvent itself, but its construction ideas are dividing the Arlington Park Neighborhood. Can you give us some examples of construction ideas that the neighborhood is disagreeing with, and agreeing with.
2.	Why do the Developers feel it would be a great idea to sell the Cabana Inn to a Hotel Franchise.
3.	The Arlington Park Neighborhood Association is supporting the Cabanas Inn’s plans for construction and is working on appealing again to the commissioners. Can you give in sight on the next plans that you are working on that will change the minds of the commissioners?
